From May to August

Hello, hello, hello! It's been a while, hasn't it? Last time I posted I was still in Prague and about to face 30h bus ride back home. I survived it, but barely. Kidding. The first 12h were the worst until I got off the bus at around 6 am for 50 minutes, had a nice talk with some guys from Lithuania and then proceeded to eat sleep and watch cartoons for the remainder of the trip until I finally got to sleep on a bed, well it was a pull-out couch, later that day. And let me tell you, it was heavenly.  What have I been up to since then? Working, more travelling, biking, eating the most delicious and amazing food and of course, tons of much needed self growth. Last year I went trough a lot emotionally and mentally. For months I doubted everything, but I hid it well. Smiled, even though I was actually screaming internally. Until in august I said enough and started the journey of getting better. It's been ...

Change of plans

Like always, you shouldn't make plans too far ahead. 5 days in Berlin with a friend turned into week in Prague by myself. I didn't mind. though. On my first night here I met a fantastic group of people and we did our own version of bar crawl, which ended up with drinking too much, yet amazing, local beer and dancing like crazy's at some random bar until the early hours of the morning. I climbed lot's of hills during my time here, but all the views were worth it. Even my sunburn, in April, is worth it. Right now I'm sitting at the lobby of the hostel I stayed at, waiting for the right time to leave for my tube to the bus station and start my 32h long journey back home. I just cringed as I wrote 32h on bus... Brotip: If you try to save money by taking a bus, don't. Your aching body and sleepless nights are NOT worth it.

Alive and kicking

The past months have been kind of crazy and hectic. Trying to do and be a lot of things at the same time kind of sucks a lot out of you. I'm finally on vacation for 2,5 weeks and to start it off, treated myself a trip to Sweden. Next stop: Berlin!

Welcome, Fall! It's good to see you again.

It was a very weird Tuesday. I forgot to set my alarm the night before and got a wake up call by my coworker and didn't end up going in at all. So I had an extra day off. It had been raining on and off all day and by 5 p.m I had watched 17 episodes of ''Gilmore Girls'', so I  just had to get out of my apartment for a while. To go explore my favorite trail on the last day of summer 2015. Rain boots, camera and go. Lightning was fabulous, it was so quiet and the air smelled like rain. It was perfect.

On the streets of Tallinn

It's almost August already. Which means fall is just around the corner-my time of the year. Couple of weeks ago I decided to play a tourist in my own city and joined a guided tour trough old town and actually learned couple of new things about this and that. It was lovely. Now I'm cursing over my Photoshop, which decided to stop working suddenly and in all honesty I can't wait to escape to the country side already for couple of days, away from rush hours and people with mean faces. I want to lie in the grass and pick raspberries off the bush. I just want to breathe.

Say cheese

I have 6 months worth of pictures to photoshop. Oh lord, give me strength! We had a weekend trip to Narva and Narva-Jõesuu back in July with couple of friends. I miss the beach and the warmth. And also a thank you to my friend K, who captured this.

In general

Down time and vacation in the summer was all I needed. Now it's almost over and all there's left are late nights and weekends.  Alot has changed in the last couple of months and it's time to become a real grownup and that terrifies me.

Summer

Now that it's cold outside, I miss the warmth of the summer more than usually.

Modern day

I went trough my Hungary folder the other day and found so many good memories. I miss Budabest, I really do.
